Individual, Couples & Family Counselling in Saskatoon
My counselling practice in Saskatoon offers a quiet, comfortable space where individuals, couples, and families can feel welcome and supported.
My primary area of practice is individual counselling, although I also welcome opportunities to work with couples and families when appropriate.
Session fees are based on appointment length and the number of participants attending. My office can comfortably accommodate up to four clients, allowing us to meet in a private and welcoming environment.
My hope is that everyone who enters my office feels respected, heard, and supported in finding the care that is right for them.

Insurance, Direct Billing & Sliding Scale Counselling
I believe that accessing mental health support should be as straightforward and affordable as possible.
I am currently registered to provide direct billing through Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) for eligible clients.
I am also in the process of registering for direct billing with the following insurance providers:
TELUS eClaims and participating insurance companies
GreenShield
Alberta Blue Cross
Saskatchewan Blue Cross
Sun Life
While these registrations are being completed, clients may be able to submit their counselling receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on their individual coverage.
I also offer sliding scale counselling fees to help make mental health services more accessible for individuals who do not have extended health benefits or who have exhausted their available coverage.
If cost or insurance coverage is a concern, I welcome you to reach out so we can discuss the options available to you.
My hope is that financial circumstances do not become an unnecessary barrier to receiving the care and support you need.
